- Governor’s Mansion in Harrisburg, PA firebombed Saturday night:
- On Sunday evening police announced they arrested 38-year-old Cody Balmer in connection with the fire set to the Pennsylvania governor’s mansion.
- “Balmer will be charged with attempted murder, terrorism, aggravated arson and aggravated assault against an enumerated person,” Fox News reported.
- As TGP reported earlier, an arsonist allegedly set fire to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence while Governor Josh Shapiro and his family were asleep inside.
- The incident occurred around 2 a.m., prompting a swift response from the Pennsylvania State Police, who safely evacuated the family from the residence. (The Gateway Pundit)
- Who is Cody Balmer? According to Newsweek: Cody Balmer's Social Media Reveals Anti-Joe Biden Posts!
- A Facebook page that appears to belong to Balmer does not feature any recent posts, but displays several critical of Biden during his presidency.
- In September 2021, Balmer appears to have posted a meme on Facebook about the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. It shows Biden in a car with overlaid text reading: "Get in, loser. We're leaving Afghanistan." A second picture of Biden is captioned: "Drives off without you."
- In a post in March 2021, Balmer wrote that "five dollars was gas money when Trump was president." He also wrote in a post that month that "Joe Biden owes me 2 grand" over a picture of himself.
- Authorities said on Sunday that the suspect had scaled a security fence surrounding the governor's mansion before breaking in and setting a fire.
- Who will be the first maggot inside Marxist State Media to label Balmer a “Trump Supporter,” an ultra-MAGA Semi-Fascist?
- Will Josh Shapiro respond by telling those indicting all Trump supporters to lower the temperature?

Segment Topic:
- The domestic war on illegal immigration:
- What is the CHNV Program?
- Humanitarian Parole for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans was a program under which citizens of these four countries, and their immediate family members, could be paroled into the United States for a period of up to two years if a person in the US agreed to financially support them.
- Last Thursday, Massachusetts District Judge Indira Talwani said in a hearing that she plans to block the Trump administration’s revocation of parole of aliens under the CHNV program. Judge Talwani’s statements come after the Trump administration formally terminated the program last month and announced that parole for Cuban, Haitian, and Nicaraguans and Venezuelans would expire April 24. (FAIR)
- The revocation of parole for aliens who entered through the CHNV program was the latest in a series of moves taken by the Trump administration to end the illegal parole program launched by the Biden administration over two years ago. On his first day in office, President Trump issued an Executive Order, entitled “Securing Our Borders,” which directed DHS to end the CHNV program. Within days, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) issued an internal memo suspending the intakeof any new CHNV applications. In February, DHS announced it was halting any immigration benefits requests (such as work permits) made by CHNV parolees.
- Who is this Federal Judge: Indira Talwani (born October 6, 1960) is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Appointed by Obama in 2014.

“That God, which ever lives and loves,

-- Alfred Lord Tennyson (1809-1892)
- The first was the Stamp Act of 1765, which required colonists to have government stamps on all documents in every household. It was enforced by British agents who used general warrants, issued by a secret court in London, to rummage through colonists’ possessions, ostensibly looking for stamps.
- General warrants -- like those issued by the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in Washington, D.C. -- authorized government agents to search wherever they wished and seize whatever they found.
- The second intolerable act was the Revenue Act of 1767, the proceeds from which the king used to pay the salaries of colonial officials and the king’s clergy, thereby securing their loyalty.
- The Stamp Act assaulted the right to be left alone, and the Revenue Act forced colonists to pay for a religious establishment. These two British laws caused many colonists to realize they needed to secede from Britain and form a new country, in which the government would protect freedom, not assault it. Ten years later, they did so and won the American Revolution.

Monologue Intro:
My friends, a disturbing story appeared in The Gateway Pundit yesterday. Disturbing in that we were led to believe that the dynamic duo of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel was going to clean out the communist insurgency inside the FBI.
I have saying as far back as 2022 that the FBI could not be saved and needed to be replaced by a new Federal agency with accountability to: We The People and local law enforcement.
One of the most corrupt members of Jim Comey’s and Chris Wright’s Gestapo was an insurgent by the name of Steven J. Jensen.
During the previous Administration, the FBI became focused on Traditional Roman Catholics, parents at local school board meetings and of course anyone who stood anywhere near Capitol Hill on January 6th. The agent in charge of those investigations was Steven J. Jensen.
Jensen's involvement, not just in the January 6th prosecutions, but as the DTOS Chief, all of the investigations that ensued under the guise of "domestic terrorism" under the Biden Administration.
From: The Gateway Pundit:
In a surprising appointment, FBI Director Kash Patel has named Steven Jensen to head the Washington Field Office, raising questions about his controversial history with the January 6th Capitol attack.
What the hell is going on here? The Gateway Pundit reached out to a source inside the Trump Administration and was told that the story was FAKE NEWS!
The Gateway Pundit backed off with that response from a reliable source, however, the reporter: Brian Lupo was provided copies of disturbing emails which confirmed that: Announced internally at the WFO the appointment of Jensen. The email was dated March 28th and claimed that he was to assume the position the following Monday, which would have been March 31st.
While the email was authentic, the lack of acknowledgment of the appointment by anyone inside the FBI and still no update on the WFO's website regarding a new ADIC, we were still confident in our source's assertion of "Fake News."
We continued to investigate this story, including the call to the WFO to ask who the ADIC was, a simple question anyone affiliated with that office should be capable of answering. We also reviewed the internal WFO announcement email provided.
Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, what is going on here. Where is the transparency we were promised? My friends, please pay careful attention to my Monologue of 9-1-22: What to do about the FBI:
Monologue:
What to do about the FBI (9/1/22)
Monologue Epilogue:
From: The Gateway Pundit:
However, this morning, a post on X that was shared by FBI Director Kash Patel's official FBI X profile all but confirms that Jensen is the ADIC at the WFO.
It is not an official announcement, but the repost from Director Patel seems to confirm its veracity. It is always the intention of The Gateway Pundit to bring the most accurate reporting possible, and this includes being able to issue corrections or retractions when we are incorrect on a story.
Who was Comrade Chris Jensen? Brian Luo sums it up:
As mentioned, as DTOS Section Chief, Jensen oversaw the domestic terrorism surge under the Biden administration following the January 6 protests at the Capitol and the infamous National School Board Association letter that prompted the DOJ and FBI to put out a correlating letter and led to the alleged targeting and investigations into Moms for Liberty, a grassroots organization that was fighting against LGBTQ+ agenda in public schools.
And now, Chris Jensen is in-charge of the corrupt home for the insurgency: The Washington Field Office. So much For Kash Patel’s promise to close the Hoover Building on Day One and turn it into a museum for the insurgency.
I continue to insist that Pam Bondi will be the first member of the new Administration fired. Is it possible; Kash Patel will join her? Why all the energy in trying to hide this appointment? Is this the level of transparency we were promised? It is not the crime, it is the coverup. Appointing Jensen to anything other than Federal prison is a crime, the coverup is attempting to hide the truth from us!
And we had so much hope in both of them. So much for hope!

Segment Topic:
From the NY Post/Dr. Steven Mosher (4/5/25):
- Why the Feds are eyeing China’s grifter oligarchs — and how they’re shedding light on corruption at every level?
- The unclassified reportfrom US spy agencies is only seven pages long. But it surely struck fear into the hearts of China’s Communist overlords when Tulsi Gabbard released it last month.
- It was supposed to.
- The report from Gabbard’s Office of the Director of National Intelligence is entitled “Wealth and Corrupt Activities of the Leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.” It highlights the defining characteristic of Chinese Communism: The corruption of party officials at all levels of government.
- And it starts at the very top, singling outChinese leader Xi Jinping himself.
- “Xi’s siblings, nieces, and nephews held assets worth over $1 billion in business investments and real estate,” the report notes, going on to suggest that the Chinese premier’s immediate family is managing these holdings on his behalf.
- The rest of the senior Chinese leadership is equally addicted to graft and insider trading, the report suggests. It highlights the case of former premier Wen Jiabao, whose family amassed a fortune of almost $3 billion during his years in office.
- Still, the evidence of massive official corruption is undeniable. Studies suggest that one out of every six dollars spent in China — some $2 trillion a year — winds up in the pockets of party officials one way or another.
- How will the tariffs slapped upon China by President Trump affect the CCP Oligarchs?
From The Gateway Pundit:
- Natalie Winters (War Room correspondent) provided evidence of National Press Club affiliation with the CCP. ‘
- National Press Club involvement with CCP Confucius Institute!

The Trump administration maintains that it has the authority to revoke visas and green cards from people it deems "hostile" to the country or its foreign policy, as it detains and targets supporters of Palestinian causes.
- A federal judge in New York ruled that the case should be heard in New Jersey, where Khalil was held for several hours after his arrest on March 8 at the Elizabeth Detention Center, and where a lawsuit to block his deportation was filed.

“No doctrine involving more pernicious consequences was ever invented by the wit of man than that any of [the Constitution’s] provisions can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of government.”
-- Ex Parte Milligan, Supreme Court of the United States, 1866.
President Donald Trump has recently imposed a national sales tax on nearly all goods emanating from outside the United States to be paid by the ultimate consumer. Thus, if you buy a Ford pickup truck in the U.S., because it contains parts from Canada, Mexico and South Korea, according to The Wall Street Journal, it will cost you an additional $3,000. The $3,000 was initially paid piecemeal by the foreign exporters of the parts to the U.S. Treasury as a condition for the parts entering the United States. When you pay the local Ford dealer, you are actually reimbursing the foreign exporters.
The same is the case for a toaster made in China. Last week, that toaster cost $25. Next week, it will cost $37.50, or, if Trump follows through on a threat made earlier this week, $50. If your budget for the toaster is $25 to $30, you probably won’t spend $50. If you do, you will be reimbursing the Chinese exporter for his 100% tariff that he has already paid to the Treasury. Or, you will search in vain for an American-made toaster.
These sales taxes were added to the price of the Ford Pickup and the toaster not by an act of Congress, but by an act of the president alone. Can the president alone impose taxes on the American people? The short answer is: NO.
Here is the backstory.
In 1977, Congress enacted the International Economic Emergency Powers Act. This law permitted the president to impose tariffs on goods emanating from outside the U.S. in the case of an economic emergency. The statute defined an emergency as a sudden and unexpected event that adversely affects U.S. national security or economic prosperity.
Cognizant of the “emergency” trigger for the exercise of this unique power, the Trump administration initially offered that the introduction of fentanyl into the U.S. by foreign persons was the emergency. When advisers related to the president that the tariffs he contemplated would affect dozens of foreign countries producing hundreds of goods and services as to which there is no connection to fentanyl, the administration claimed the U.S. imbalance of trade as the emergency trigger.
The imbalance of trade means that persons and businesses in the U.S. spend more money on the goods and services that they buy from foreign sellers than they receive from sales of goods and services to foreign buyers. The executive order signed last week by Trump reflects that the U.S. has experienced this trade imbalance since 1934! Thus, by definition, it is not a sudden or unexpected event, and thus, it is not an emergency as defined in the statute.
No emergency means there is no lawful basis for Trump’s imposition of the tariffs.
There is also no constitutional basis for the statute. The Constitution reposes the power to tax exclusively into the hands of Congress. The Framers were so determined to keep that power there that they even required in the Constitution that all taxes emanate in the House of Representatives. Since this Trump sales tax emanated in the White House, it violates the Constitution.
Can Congress give the power to tax to the president? In a word: NO.
Congress cannot give away any of its core functions -- among which is the power to tax. James Madison, who was the scrivener at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 and, during his lifetime, its most authentic interpreter of what the Framers’ original understanding of the document was, argued that the separation of powers -- the Congress sets taxes, the president collects them -- was written to preserve personal freedom by preventing the accumulation of too much power in any one of the three branches.
His argument was followed 200 years later by the late Justice Antonin Scalia, who wrote that delegated core powers cannot be redelegated to another branch.
This is an example of why we have a life-tenured and unelected judiciary. It is the anti-democratic branch of government. Its duty is not to reflect the will of the voters, rather to protect their lives, liberties and properties from the popular branches when either of them exceeds the powers granted by the Constitution or tampers with its structure.
Congress can no more allow the president to impose taxes than he can allow the judiciary to command troops in wartime.
But here we are with a pliant Congress, one of whose predecessors gave away limited taxing power to the president, and a president heedless of the Constitution he has sworn to uphold and the federal laws he has sworn to enforce. Can Congress impose tariffs? Of course, it can, and it did so as the primary revenue source for the federal government until the War Between the States.
The constitutional trouble comes, however, when presidents argue that it’s time to employ the emergency doctrine. As the Supreme Court has made clear, there is no emergency doctrine. But presidents from John Adams to Donald Trump have argued that “emergency” enhances their powers, and they have argued that they can determine when an emergency arises. This is a trick used by tyrants throughout history.
Congress has defined emergency. It is the duty of the Congress to rein in its wrongful use. This is not a pro-Trump or anti-Trump issue; nor is it a Republican or Democratic issue. It is one of fidelity to the supreme law of the land and to the laws written pursuant to it.
For without that fidelity, we have no democracy, just rule by the contemporary whims of whomever is in the government. One of the complaints that the colonists had about the British Parliament was taxation without representation. Good God, are we back to that?

- 4-days ago, Tampon Tim floated the idea to an assembled group of Dem-Com insurrectionists the need for a shadow government:

- Americans are now asking how there can no indictments to date of any of the seditionists: Clapper, Brennan’s and Comey’s and the rest of them. Not one indictment.
- A few days ago, a seditionist posted a video on Tick-Tock recommending that all ICE and Border patrol agents be shot on-site when conducting operations to round up criminal illegals on the streets of America.
- DHS Secretary (the innocent dog killer) Kristy Noem went on a (Susan Rice like) media tour to promise legal action against the person responsible. She stated that threats or harm against law enforcement will face full legal consequences.
- Noem was outraged about the terrorist threats against her agents; but do you expect any indictments? Do you expect any arrests? Most Americans are already noticing that the commitments made to us prior to the election, about punishing the guilty, are not going to occur.
- Since January 20th, we no longer hear the use of military tribunals to punish the real seditionists, those behind the real shadow government.
- Let me be clear again: The only way the guilty will be punished is via military courts. If you don’t believe me, just ask Judge Boasberg.
