    • Fort McCoy Garrison Commander Col. Sheyla Baez Ramirez has been suspended from her position after reportedly refusing to display official photographs of Commander-in-Chief Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
      • According to multiple reports, Col. Ramirez—who assumed command at Fort McCoy in July 2024—has openly engaged in left-wing political activism and repeatedly defied Department of Defense regulations requiring the prominent display of official portraits of current civilian leadership, including the President, Vice President, and Secretary of Defense.

    • It is a positive sign that the United States and Iran are planning a third meeting over Tehran's nuclear program, retired U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Blaine Holt said on Newsmax Sunday Report.
  • More Upheaval in Defense Sec Hegseth's Inner Circle!
    • NY Times: Hegseth shared war plans with family and friends on Signal App.
    • The White House on Monday issued a blistering rebuke of National Public Radio in a short post. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt wrote, "This NPR story is total FAKE NEWS based on one anonymous source who clearly has no idea what they are talking about."
    • It's the latest media report over the past week targeting Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth with claims of mismanaging sensitive information while running the Defense Department into shambles.
    • All this is happening as Hegseth and his top aides work to remove Pentagon employees who are not on the same page with the secretary's plans for the department. (NPR)

Panelist:

10:33

Segment Topic:

  • Four more Democrats travel to El Salvador on taxpayer dime in an effort to spring the Maryland Father and MS-13 gang member.
    • Chris Van Hollen on Sunday repeatedly sidestepped questions about whether Kilmar Abrego Garcia was an MS-13 gangbanger as the Trump administration has alleged. Van Hollen never asked Garcia if he was a member of MS-13?
      • Van Hollen (D-Md.), who met with Abrego Garcia in El Salvador on Thursday notably refused to deny that Abrego Garcia was gang member and confessed he did not ask him about the alleged ties when they spoke — despite CNN’s Dana Bash asking him point-blank if he could say “with absolute certainty” that the deported illegal migrant wasn’t a member of the vicious gang.
      • Hollen then shifted the discussion from MS-13 by ironically accusing President Trump of repeatedly trying to change the subject on due process concerns. (NY Post)
    • Is Kilmar Abrego Garcia the new face of the Democrat Party?
    • How is this sitting with Democrat voters?
    • How is billing the taxpayer for these junkets to El Salvador being received?
  • Two proposals that would have restricted transgender athletes from participating in girls and women's sports in the state of Washingtonfailed in a Monday vote.
    • The amendments needed 60% of the vote to pass — the proposal limiting girls sports participationto biological females got 31 of 53 votes (58.5%), and the other that would have created an open division for students aside from boys and girls competitions — garnered just 24.5% (13 out of 53).
      • Washington state law currently protects transgender individuals from discrimination under the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD). So, even if the acts had passed, there was still another clear hurdle in the way.
    • Trump is nearing his first 100 days: How would you rate his second term so far?

Panelist:

Republican Strategist, Jennifer Kelly: Author of the forthcoming book: The War on Men: Author of the book: The Real War on Women: Host of the nationally-syndicated radio-show: All-American Radio. Jennifer Kerns has served as Spokeswoman for the California Republican Party!

11:06

Segment Topic:

  • Chicago City Council passes resolution that bans any January 6 participant from employment:
    • CHICAGO (WGN) — Alders on Wednesday approved a resolution that calls on the city’s human resources department to disqualify any participant of the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol from employment with the city.
      • “These individuals really made it very clear that they did not want to accept the results of the election,” Mayor Brandon Johnson said at his post-council press conference. “I do believe that as a city we do have to draw the line. We have to set a standard for how we work to continue to do the things that are necessary to make sure that our democracy continues to evolve.”
      • The vote was 43-3, with Alds. Nicholas Sposato (38th Ward), Anthony Napolitano (41st Ward) and James Gardiner (45th Ward) voting against the measure.
    • Would Kilmar Abrego Garcia and other illegal gang members be eligible for employment with the City of Chicago?

Panelist:

Shane Jenkins, Executive Director of Stand in the Gap. Shane Jenkins is former January 6th defendant. Shane was a defendant in the January 6th events, having been incarcerated for a total of 46 months—24 of which were pre-trial, and 32 in what is referred to as the DC Gulag. His case went to trial, where he was found guilty on all counts by a jury that many would argue did not represent his peers.

On January 6th, Shane was directly beside Victoria White when she was assaulted by police. He himself was also assaulted but managed to assist MDP Officer Blake Miller back to safety amidst the chaos.

Instead of succumbing to the adversities he faced, Shane turned his experience into a platform for change. While incarcerated, he founded two significant organizations:

This organization focuses on advocating for judicial reform, highlighting injustices within the current system, and pushing for changes to ensure fair treatment for all.

Shane is now dedicating his efforts towards reforming and restoring integrity to America's justice system. His firsthand experience gives him a unique perspective and an unyielding commitment to this cause.

  • Trump wants intellectual diversity and signs EO regarding college accreditation.
    • President Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday to shake up the college accreditation process, a topic that rarely gets political sunlight but is immensely important to universities.
    • College accreditation is the process universities must go through to receive federal financial aid, a tool Trump called his “secret weapon” on education on the campaign trail.
    • “University accreditation is currently a process controlled by a number of third-party organizations that’s by statute, by law, many of those third-party accreditors have relied on sort of woke ideology to accredit universities, instead of accrediting based on merit and performance,” said Will Scharf, White House staff secretary.
    • Although the text of the executive order is not yet out, a report from The Wall Street Journal said the president aims to use the process to remove what he sees as “ideological overreach” and to increase “intellectual diversity” on campus.
    • The order will also allow colleges to switch accreditors easily and encourage more competition in the accreditor space, according to the outlet. (The Hill)
    • What about DEI influence?
