Monologue Intro:

My friends, a disturbing story appeared in The Gateway Pundit yesterday.  Disturbing in that we were led to believe that the dynamic duo of Pam Bondi and Kash Patel was going to clean out the communist insurgency inside the FBI.

I have saying as far back as 2022 that the FBI could not be saved and needed to be replaced by a new Federal agency with accountability to: We The People and local law enforcement.

One of the most corrupt members of Jim Comey’s and Chris Wright’s Gestapo was an insurgent by the name of Steven J. Jensen.

During the previous Administration, the FBI became focused on Traditional Roman Catholics, parents at local school board meetings and of course anyone who stood anywhere near Capitol Hill on January 6th.  The agent in charge of those investigations was Steven J. Jensen.

Jensen’s involvement, not just in the January 6th prosecutions, but as the DTOS Chief, all of the investigations that ensued under the guise of “domestic terrorism” under the Biden Administration.

From: The Gateway Pundit:

In a surprising appointment, FBI Director Kash Patel has named Steven Jensen to head the Washington Field Office, raising questions about his controversial history with the January 6th Capitol attack.

What the hell is going on here?  The Gateway Pundit reached out to a source inside the Trump Administration and was told that the story was FAKE NEWS!

The Gateway Pundit backed off with that response from a reliable source, however, the reporter: Brian Lupo was provided copies of disturbing emails which confirmed that: Announced internally at the WFO the appointment of Jensen.  The email was dated March 28th and claimed that he was to assume the position the following Monday, which would have been March 31st.

While the email was authentic, the lack of acknowledgment of the appointment by anyone inside the FBI and still no update on the WFO’s website regarding a new ADIC, we were still confident in our source’s assertion of “Fake News.”

We continued to investigate this story, including the call to the WFO to ask who the ADIC was, a simple question anyone affiliated with that office should be capable of answering.  We also reviewed the internal WFO announcement email provided.

Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, what is going on here.  Where is the transparency we were promised?  My friends, please pay careful attention to my Monologue of 9-1-22: What to do about the FBI:

Monologue:

What to do about the FBI (9/1/22)

Monologue Epilogue:

From: The Gateway Pundit:

However, this morning, a post on X that was shared by FBI Director Kash Patel’s official FBI X profile all but confirms that Jensen is the ADIC at the WFO.

It is not an official announcement, but the repost from Director Patel seems to confirm its veracity.  It is always the intention of The Gateway Pundit to bring the most accurate reporting possible, and this includes being able to issue corrections or retractions when we are incorrect on a story.

Who was Comrade Chris Jensen?  Brian Luo sums it up:

As mentioned, as DTOS Section Chief, Jensen oversaw the domestic terrorism surge under the Biden administration following the January 6 protests at the Capitol and the infamous National School Board Association letter that prompted the DOJ and FBI to put out a correlating letter and led to the alleged targeting and investigations into Moms for Liberty, a grassroots organization that was fighting against LGBTQ+ agenda in public schools.

And now, Chris Jensen is in-charge of the corrupt home for the insurgency: The Washington Field Office.  So much For Kash Patel’s promise to close the Hoover Building on Day One and turn it into a museum for the insurgency.

I continue to insist that Pam Bondi will be the first member of the new Administration fired.  Is it possible; Kash Patel will join her?  Why all the energy in trying to hide this appointment?  Is this the level of transparency we were promised?  It is not the crime, it is the coverup.  Appointing Jensen to anything other than Federal prison is a crime, the coverup is attempting to hide the truth from us!

And we had so much hope in both of them.  So much for hope!

Segment Topic:

Secret documents on Nazis who fled to Argentina after WWII being declassified.  What secrets (if any) will they reveal?

  • Argentina is set to declassify all government-held files relating to Nazi fugitives who fled and settled in Argentina after World War II, according to reports.
    • The documents will likely include Nazi-linked bank accounts and archival records detailing the use of Nazi “ratlines” which were monetary and logistic pathways Nazis used to escape justice and flee Argentina following the war.
    • Guillermo Alberto Francos, Argentina’s interior minister, made the announcement Tuesday, the Buenos Aires Timesreported citing DNEWS.
    • How frustrating was Argentina’s secrets for NAZI hunters over the years?
    • What psychological effects will this information (if damaging to Germany and the allies) have on Jews all over the world?
    • Once this information becomes public, how does the healing finally begin?
    • Or will it open old wounds for the Jewish people?

      • The black and white aerial footage appeared to show a group assembling before a massive blast leaves nothing but a crater.
  • From NY Post:

      • Mitch McConnell claims Trump put ‘amateur isolationists’ in charge of Pentagon policy.
        • McConnell, the former Republican leader of the upper chamber, bashed the picks for Pentagon leadership while commenting on Trump firing National Security Agency director Timothy Haugh (hawk) along with three NSI swampers and swampette.

“If decades of experience in uniform isn’t enough to lead the NSA but amateur isolationists can hold senior policy jobs at the Pentagon, then what exactly are the criteria for working on this administration’s national security staff,” McConnell told the New York Times. “I can’t figure it out.”

    • McConnell, 83, has objected to Trump appointing Michael DiMino to be deputy assistant secretary of defense for the Middle East and Andrew Byers to be deputy assistant secretary of defense for South and Southeast Asia.
    • Pete Hegseth to be investigated over “Signal” by DOD Inspector General. Where was the investigations of Lloyd Austin?

11:03

Segment Topic:

From the NY Post/Dr. Steven Mosher (4/5/25):

  • Why the Feds are eyeing China’s grifter oligarchs — and how they’re shedding light on corruption at every level?
    • The unclassified reportfrom US spy agencies is only seven pages long. But it surely struck fear into the hearts of China’s Communist overlords when Tulsi Gabbard released it last month.
    • It was supposed to.
    • The report from Gabbard’s Office of the Director of National Intelligence is entitled “Wealth and Corrupt Activities of the Leadership of the Chinese Communist Party.” It highlights the defining characteristic of Chinese Communism: The corruption of party officials at all levels of government.
    • And it starts at the very top, singling outChinese leader Xi Jinping himself.
    • “Xi’s siblings, nieces, and nephews held assets worth over $1 billion in business investments and real estate,” the report notes, going on to suggest that the Chinese premier’s immediate family is managing these holdings on his behalf.
    • The rest of the senior Chinese leadership is equally addicted to graft and insider trading, the report suggests. It highlights the case of former premier Wen Jiabao, whose family amassed a fortune of almost $3 billion during his years in office.
    • Still, the evidence of massive official corruption is undeniable. Studies suggest that one out of every six dollars spent in China — some $2 trillion a year — winds up in the pockets of party officials one way or another.
  • How will the tariffs slapped upon China by President Trump affect the CCP Oligarchs?

From The Gateway Pundit:

  • Natalie Winters (War Room correspondent) provided evidence of National Press Club affiliation with the CCP. ‘
    • National Press Club involvement with CCP Confucius Institute!

From NY Post/Dr. Steven Mosher (2/1/25)

  • From Panama to Greenland — all of Trump’s problems lead to China.
  • Panama/Blackrock deal on the skids (CK Hutchinson deal – Beijing anti-trust probe!
  • Trump Administration increasing the urgency over Greenland.

Segment Topic:

Election day – every bit as important to the MAGA movement than November 5th.

Local elections have huge consequences!

09:35 AM ET

Monologue:

6/24/24 (A Shadow Government)

  • 4-days ago, Tampon Tim floated the idea to an assembled group of Dem-Com insurrectionists the need for a shadow government:
  • Hint: they already have one, it is called the Deep State and it is governed by the Democrat Communists, under the supervision of the Davos crowd. It is enforced by Dem-Com judges; correct?

Tim Walz Audio: Tampon Tim calls for a Shadow Government!!!!

  • Americans are now asking how there can no indictments to date of any of the seditionists: Clapper, Brennan’s and Comey’s and the rest of them. Not one indictment.
  • A few days ago, a seditionist posted a video on Tick-Tock recommending that all ICE and Border patrol agents be shot on-site when conducting operations to round up criminal illegals on the streets of America.
  • DHS Secretary (the innocent dog killer) Kristy Noem went on a (Susan Rice like) media tour to promise legal action against the person responsible. She stated that threats or harm against law enforcement will face full legal consequences.
  • Noem was outraged about the terrorist threats against her agents; but do you expect any indictments? Do you expect any arrests?  Most Americans are already noticing that the commitments made to us prior to the election, about punishing the guilty, are not going to occur.
  • Since January 20th, we no longer hear the use of military tribunals to punish the real seditionists, those behind the real shadow government.
  • Let me be clear again: The only way the guilty will be punished is via military courts. If you don’t believe me, just ask Judge Boasberg.
  • Please pay careful attention to my Monologue of last June: The shadow knows and the follow up a few weeks later: The damage of downplaying retribution!

10:10 AM ET

Segment Topic:

  • Tony Shaffer to Newsmax: Iran Facing Military Force If It Doesn’t Cooperate!
    • Iran, which has rejected direct talks with the United States over its nuclear program, could face military force, retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Tony Shaffer said on Newsmax
    • “Mark my words here,” Shaffer, appearing on Newsmax’s “Sunday Report”with retired U.S. Army Col. John Mills, commented. “If the Russians are not able to help us with Iran, Iran will suffer the consequences of their bad behavior and those consequences will probably be military force.”
    • Shaffer said that Iran will “always stall” on negotiations with the United States because that is a “tactic that is common to any nation that does not want to actually engage in activities that will mitigate their behavior.”
    • Are we still pounding Houthi’s?
  • Like Trump, Netanyahu dealing with LAWFARE in Israel: (Zerohedge)
    • Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is pressing forward with replacing the fired head of Israeli Security Agency (Shin Bet) chief Ronen Bar, despite a temporary injunction against the dismissal issued by the country’s supreme court.
    • Netanyahu has named retired Vice-Admiral Eli Sharvit, former head of the Israeli Navy, as the new security chief. The prime minister’s office said Sharvit was chosen after “conducting in-depth interviews with seven worthy candidates.”
  • Hegseth announces plan for US command upgrades in Japan to deter China
    • Hegseth said Japan is ‘our indispensable partner in deterring communist Chinese military aggression

  • Its Tuesday: Election Day in Florida and Wisconsin:
    • Florida House Races/Stefanik nomination (Walz & Gaetz).
    • We are hearing that Democrats dumped tons of money into both Florida races and the Republicans had great difficulty raising money. How true?
    • Is this a true test for how RED Florida is now?
  • Wisconsin Supreme Court Race
    • Elon Musk handed out $1 million checks to two attendees at a Sunday event in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where he warned the “future of civilization” hinged on the state’s Supreme Court race and urged voters to back the conservative candidate.
    • The Trump agenda is on the ballot!
    • According to CBS News poll: Trump now at “Strong” 50%!
  • Trump teasing a third-term.
  • Newsome says is Party is toxic. Whatever gave him that idea?
    • The new and improved Gavin Newsome has placed tampon dispensers in boys’ rooms at elementary schools!

  • Elon is quite interested in how those elected to represent us on Capitol Hill, earning meager salaries, are all of a sudden; an instant millionaire?
    • Unsurprisingly, Musk has long been interested in the massive wealth members of Congress have accumulated during their years of ‘service.’ Last month, he asked independent journalist Nick Sortor how Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren (D-MA) collected a whopping $12 MILLION on a $200,000 salary. (The Gateway Pundit)
    • Pelosi is worth over $25o million dollars!
  • Lawfare in France: La Pen jailed, barred from running again!
  • Marion Anne Perrine “Marine” Le Pen is a French lawyer and politician who ran for the French presidency in 2012, 2017, and 2022.
  • In a day of high political drama, Le Pen was found guilty of embezzlement of European parliament funds on a vast scale, a conviction for which she was also handed a four-year prison sentence, with two of those years suspended and two to be served outside jail with an electronic bracelet. She was also ordered to pay a €100,000 (£84,000) fine.
  • A furious Le Pen announced she would lodge an appeal against the ruling, as nationalist and populist figures from around the world rushed to support her.

Jake and the Judge;

Has the Constitution failed miserably as an instrument of limitation on the federal government?

Audio Intro: Courtesy: The Tenth Amendment Center

Judge Andrew Napolitano: “The Constitution has failed miserably as an instrument of limitation on the federal government.”

  • The U.S. Constitution was crafted in 1787 both to establish a new central government and to limit it. Some of the limitations are direct, some are subtle, and some are hidden. The chief instrument of limitation is the separation of powers, the brainchild of James Madison.
  • The late Justice Antonin Scalia called the separation of powers the most unique and freedom-enhancing aspect of the document. Madison himself would later argue that he intentionally crafted the separation so as to enhance friction and even jealousy among the three branches of government, thereby inducing fidelity to its core values, as well as transparency and accountability in the popular branches.
  • Thus, Congress writes the laws, the president enforces the laws, and the judiciary interprets the Constitution and the laws. Congress raises taxes and declares war. The president appoints judges and wages war. The judiciary assures that neither Congress nor the president interferes with personal liberty.
  • Congress and the president are answerable to the voters. The life-tenured judiciary is not. The purpose of an independent judiciary is to be the anti-democratic branch of the government. Its duty is not to reflect the popular will, but rather to protect life, liberty and property from the whims of the popular branches.
  • In the post-World War II era, Congress has attempted to give away some of its powers to the presidency. For example, even though the Constitution declares that only Congress can spend federal dollars, it has often appropriated funds for the president to spend as he sees fit — and presidents in turn have often delegated those spending decisions to folks whom they have hired.
    • As well, modern presidents have started dozens of wars without congressional declarations of war, and Congress has looked the other way. Congress even permits the president to raise taxes — so long as he calls them tariffs — and declare an emergency of his own making.
    • Can the Congress constitutionally give away some of its powers to the president? The short answer is: NO.

  • Trump imposes new tariffs on cheap Chinese goods sold by companies like Temu and Shein. (NY Post)

President Trump signed an executive order Wednesday closing a trade loophole on cheap goods from China that were previously exempt from tariffs.

  • Trump, 78, argued that the so-called “de minimus” exception allowed shippers from the People’s Republic and Hong Kong to “hide illicit substances” in packaging and products.
    • “These shippers often avoid detection due to administration of the de minimis exemption,” the president wrote, claiming that duty-free exports from China “play a significant role in the synthetic opioid crisis in the United States.”
    • The new tariff applies to goods valued at less than $800 imported from China and Hong Kong.
    • Online Chinese retailers such as Temu and Sheinhave used the loophole to sell ultra-low-cost items to US consumers and could be hit hard by the new tariffs.  They undercut Amazon!
