- “By unlawfully unionizing TSA screeners, the TSA has denied these employees the fundamental rights and protections they deserve. TSA employees should be able to hold their union accountable through proper legal channels, but instead, they’ve been left vulnerable to potential abuses without adequate means of recourse.” – Chip Rogers
- “During the Obama administration, the TSA administrator did an abrupt about-face, and TSA moved ahead with allowing screeners to unionize in violation of the law. Multiple administrators of TSA have stated publicly that TSA screeners are not covered by Title V, which includes significant rights for unionized workers—including the ability to file claims of unfair labor practices with an independent board and ultimately vindicate their rights in federal court. TSA screeners have none of these protections.” – Dave Dorey, AFFT’s legal counsel
- New Documents Show TSA Screeners Illegally Unionized!
- Bush Administration assured us TSA would not be permitted to unionize. So, what happened?
- Americans for Fair Treatment(AFFT) has just secured a major legal win against the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), uncovering a stunning revelation: TSA screeners were unlawfully unionized without any legal basis, stripping them of critical protections. Now, AFFT is calling on the administration to take immediate action.
- Here’s the exclusive report from The Washington Examiner –EXCLUSIVE: New documents show TSA screeners illegally unionized, pro-worker group says
- AFFT’s legal case forced the TSA to turn over documents revealing that the Obama administration never conducted a legal analysis to justify allowing screeners to unionize under the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE)—despite federal law prohibiting it. Instead, TSA screeners were left vulnerable to a union with a troubling record of corruption and without the worker protections that legally recognized unions provide.

- AEA President Thomas Pyle issued the following statement:
“Automakers took a risk on electric vehicles that ultimately didn’t pay off, relying on government regulations and mandates to create a market that never materialized, as we predicted. When federal pressure failed to force consumers into unwanted products, the industry doubled down, trying to use California’s regulatory power to push EVs even harder.
“In the process, they ignored the interests of their workers, American consumers who ended up paying more for the cars they actually wanted, and their shareholders who expected returns. Now, they want American taxpayers to help cover their debts.

- Meanwhile, Holt noted that there has not been an accident with the military helicopters in the Reagan National Airport vicinity “going back to when this whole thing started with continuity of government missions.”
- S. forces carried out airstrikes in Somalia on Saturday targeting a senior Islamic State group attack planner and other members of the militant group, killing many of them, President Donald Trump said.

11:10 AM ET
Segment Topic:
- From Panama to Greenland — all of Trump’s problems lead to China!
- China today is the chaos agent lurking behind every major world conflict.
- The situation in the Panama Canal is worse than we thought. Not only does a Chinese company control container ports at each end of the waterway, but a Chinese construction battalion is slowly building a bridge right across the middle.
- How slowly? Well, the bridge won’t be completed until 2027 and Sen. Ted Cruz thinks he knows why.
- Senator Ted Cruz, who is chairman of the Commerce Committee, noted at a hearing this week, “the partially-completed bridge gives China the ability to block the canal without warning…This situation poses acute risks to US national security.”
- Imagine that China announces a blockade of Taiwan and that we want to surge forces from the Atlantic into the Pacific to counter it.
- A US aircraft carrier is midway through the canal, passing under China’s bridge when, without warning, the unfinished bridge collapses, crushing the ship.
- China pretends it’s an accident, offering its condolences to the families of the thousands of US sailors who lost their lives. Unable to break the blockade on its own, the island of Taiwan capitulates two months later, and the largest chip-manufacturing factory in the world falls into China’s hands.
- The last administration turned a blind eye to these kinds of national security risks.
- Joe Biden was literally asleep on a Delaware beach for much of his presidency. Or perhaps he really was, as many believe, the Manchurian Candidate all along.
- Whatever the case may be, China has had four long years to run riot over the world.
- While Biden slept, China crushed the Democracy Movement in Hong Kong and locked up its leading dissident, Jimmy Lai.
- It nibbled away at the territory of neighboring states like Bhutan and India, built a naval base in Cambodia, and encouraged North Korea’s Kim Jong-un to continue his campaign of missile intimidation.
- Just last week Little Rocket Man, as Trump labeled him, fired off another round of cruise missiles.
- China has also embarked upon a new kind of “grey zone” warfare, with its ships severing undersea communications cables in the Baltic Sea and, even more worrisomely, around Taiwan and its offshore islands, in what may be a prelude to an actual blockade.
- At the same time, Beijing has moved into the South Pacific in a big way, signing a “security pact” with the Solomon Islands, and seeking to rebuild a strategic World War II airfield in Kiribati, just 1,500 miles from Hawaii.
