Biden’s Lust for War:
The war in Ukraine is an American war for which the United States government should be ashamed and blamed.
It was initiated by President Joe Biden and then-British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, both of whom advised Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy that if he rejected a peace treaty that his own government had freely negotiated and agreed to in 2022 with Russian negotiators, Ukraine could join NATO. The treaty was more than 100 pages in length, each page of which had been initialed by both sides, and its essence accepted by the Kremlin and by Kyiv — until Biden and Johnson advised against it.
Their advice was essentially to trust their military support, as it would be strong enough to resist any Russian incursion into eastern Ukraine and relieve Kyiv of the need to make concessions to the Kremlin. They used Zelenskyy as a puppet, since their purpose was not motivated by peace or empathy or justice, rather by hatred for all things Russian.
So, the U.S. and the U.K. encouraged bloodshed instead of peace, confrontation instead of communication, and Congress began paying for a war without declaring one. Motivated by years of anti-Russian jingoism, headless of its duties under the Constitution, thumbing its nose at at least three treaties ratified by the Senate that permit war only when the U.S. or an ally is gravely threatened, Congress permitted Biden to start an undeclared war against a country that poses no threat whatsoever to the national security of the United States.
Here is the backstory.
The war began in 2014 when the U.S. State Department and the CIA engineered a coup against the popularly elected and neutral-leaning government of Ukraine. Much of Russian-speaking and Russian culturally oriented Ukraine in the east was unhappy with the coup. The American and British plotters then installed a puppet regime that actually began attacking Russian Ukrainians in eastern Ukraine.
The area of eastern Ukraine in which this government-orchestrated violence was taking place has been Russian in culture, religion and language since before the American Revolution. The American and British plotters of the 2014 coup did not expect the resistance that their coup generated. Yet, they looked the other way when the Ukraine government attacked its own people for demonstrating a decided affinity for Moscow over Kyiv; so decided, that the province of Crimea actually voted overwhelmingly to return to Russia.
One person who did not look the other way was Russian President Vladimir Putin. Who could blame him? The U.S. has known since the early 1990s that Russia will not accept an eastward expansion of NATO. The George H.W. Bush administration promised the late Russian President Mikhail Gorbachev as much in return for the peaceful liberation of eastern Europe and especially the reunification of Germany. Nevertheless, with Poland’s entry into NATO, the western perfidy became apparent, as NATO — and its heavy weaponry — moved toward Moscow.
Angry that his predecessor had permitted this, fearful of the same mentality that engineered the 2014 coup now managing NATO, Putin came to the rescue of Russian Ukrainians. When the U.S. and U.K. succeeded in busting the Russia/Ukraine treaty tentatively agreed to in Istanbul, and tempted Zelenskyy with Ukrainian membership in NATO, Putin’s only alternative was to resist NATO expansion and the Ukrainian military by the use of Russian force.
Who can blame Putin? How would American presidents react to the threat of Chinese offensive weaponry in Mexico?
I know this is not a popular history in the U.S., as mainstream media as well as popular culture and government schools have demonized Russia since the end of the Cold War. That demonization gave Biden cover to promise Zelenskyy “whatever he needs for as long as it takes.” In his nearly four years in the White House, Biden has declined to articulate as long as it takes to do what.
Biden’s war has cost the American taxpayers nearly $240 billion and Ukraine 600,000 dead troops. It was not declared by Congress. It was facilitated by many Americans on the ground in Ukraine — military in uniform and out, intelligence personnel, and defense contractors. Much of the military equipment that the U.S. has sent to Ukraine — most from America’s substance, not surplus — required U.S. troops and other personnel to train Ukrainian troops in the use of it.
But last weekend, Biden — whose presidency has been thoroughly repudiated by American voters — authorized the use of offensive weaponry that can reach 190 miles into Russia and which can only be manned by U.S. personnel. At this writing, the U.S. equipment has attacked and destroyed a warehouse holding artillery ammunition some 70 miles inside the Russian border.
Who is firing U.S. offensive weaponry?
There is no dispute but that the U.S. is waging war on Russia — without a congressional declaration, without the consent of the United Nations (as the U.S. is obliged to do under a treaty that the U.S. wrote) and solely on its own. I say solely on its own because the weaponry that destroyed the Russian military warehouse requires secret U.S. satellite technology to operate, and U.S. personnel with top-secret security clearances to aim and trigger. It would be an act of espionage to permit Ukrainians to do this.
War is politics by other means. But it is the most deadly, destructive and irreversible means — and must always be a last resort. The Constitution intentionally separated the war-declaring power from the war-waging power. Its author, James Madison, poignantly argued that if presidents could both choose the enemy and fight it, such a person would be a prince and not a president.
Joe Biden’s presidency has been an abysmal failure, and he doesn’t know it. He must perversely hope that history will reward him if he keeps the killing coming to the last Ukrainian and even risks a wider war. Can a presidency of peace come soon enough?

Ensuring National Security in the Digital Age
“The growing threat of cyberattacks from foreign actors, particularly from adversaries like China, Russia, and North Korea, requires a robust and coordinated federal response.”
Fostering U.S. Tech Leadership in Emerging Technologies
“The global tech race is fiercely competitive, with countries like China aiming to surpass the U.S. in key technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.”
“GOP lawmakers should also push back on blatant attempts by the European Union to unfairly target American technology firms.”
The balance between promoting innovation and ensuring national security in the digital age, particularly cyber threats
Sample Questions:
- Let me begin by asking the panel about the fate of Matt Gaetz. This is how the Great Satan in Washington operates, however, there have been millions of taxpayer dollars paid out over the years to keep women from talking about various members of the House and Senate’s sex lives, how do you think targeting and eliminating Gaetz is sitting with the American people this morning?
- Julianne, President Trump was gifted a very solid mandate two weeks ago, however, he is already getting resistance from his own party. What is your position on Trump’s mandate and what are other State Chair’s that you have spoken to seeing with the transition process?
- Mark, you have been warning about the Globalists plans for a one-world government and the traps set for the United States in your book: An End to the Upside-Down Reset. Sending Donald Trump back to Washington with a solid mandate should have Klaus Schwab and the Davos crowd shaking in their boots. Are they?
- James, can you layout the challenges that President Trump will face in his second-term?
- James, can we expect Trump to target the EU by way of tariffs if they unfairly target American technology firms?
- Marco Rubio, incoming Secretary of State has not been solid with regard to international cyber threats and the targeting of American Big Tech, do you expect him to get on-board?
- James the ongoing war in Ukraine is already having disastrous effects in parts of Europe. Internet cables were sabotaged by Russia which run under the Baltic. Can we expect more of this kind of tech-terrorism against the EU in the future?

After Tuesday’s election, Americans felt like they were taking their government back. Trump was going back to the White House with a mandate to implement radical change in Washington.

11:35 AM ET
Segment Topic:
- After the 2024 election, one thing is clear: Union leaders went too far, and it has come at a steep cost to the Democratic Party. For years, unions have been a pillar of the Democratic base, but their political influence is now facing a reckoning — one that is tied directly to their failure to represent the interests of the very workers they claim to serve.
- Union leaders routinely assume their members will fall in line, election after election, dutifully casting their ballots for Democratic candidates as directed. But this year’s results proved that assumption to be devastatingly wrong.
- Despite overwhelming financial and public support for Kamala Harris from union leaders, exit polls revealed that union members themselves were divided, with nearly half voting for Donald Trump. The reality is that unions have lost touch with their own members, and their blind loyalty to political power — at the expense of their workers — has become a liability for both labor and the Democratic Party.
- This should be a wake-up call for both unions and the Democratic Party: Workers are no longer willing to blindly support the political agenda of union bosses. They are becoming increasingly disillusioned with unions’ almost singular focus on left-leaning politics and their failure to address the real, day-to-day concerns — concerns which are largely non-political.
- The trust between union leadership and their members has steadily eroded; it did not happen overnight. While unions once stood as the defenders of workers’ rights, many have shifted their focus to consolidating political power and advancing agendas that cater to their own interests. Take, for example, the teachers’ unions during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Some, like the American Federation of Teachers, fought tooth and nail to keep schools closed, even as research emerged showing the devastating impact of prolonged school closures on students’ education and mental health. Good teachers understood the need to return to the classroom, but their union did not care.
Panelist:
Chip Rogers, CEO of Americans for Fair Treatment
Chip Rogers became the Chief Executive Officer of Americans for Fair Treatment (AFFT) in October 2024. He has been honored with accolades such as Business Travel News’ “25 Most Influential,” The Hill’s “Top Lobbyist,” Job Creators Network’s “Small Business Defender of the Year,” and Washingtonian Magazine’s “Most Influential People in Washington.”
Sample Questions:
- Chip, why did union leaders refuse to endorse Donald Trump, when it was obvious that the rank and file were supporting him?
- How far did the union vote push Trump over the top?
- Trump always had a good relationship with various construction unions in New York and last summer, while on trial, he spent time campaigning at NYC construction sites. Those visits received national attention and delivered union votes to him – correct?
- What does Trump have to do to maintain union member support in the next four years?

Panelist:
Director of “The Climate According to AI Al Gore, Joel Gilbert, who worked for then US Senator Al Gore, digs deep and discovers that Revelle had in fact rejected Gore’s climate alarmism, in spite of his claims. Gilbert also demonstrates that Gore plagiarized a radical environmental book from the 1940s to produce his 1992 manifesto, Earth in the Balance.
He has produced documentary feature films on American politics, including Michelle Obama 2024, Dreams from My Real Father, There’s No Place Like Utopia, and Trump: The Art of the Insult. His investigative projects include the blockbuster film, The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America.

Gitmo Continues to Haunt:
Here’s a pop quiz: When can an Army colonel overrule the Secretary of Defense? It happened last week for probably the first time in modern history. The short answer is: Even in the military, the Secretary of Defense cannot change the rules and procedures for criminal prosecutions and tell military judges how to try cases.
Here is the backstory.
For years, the feds told us that Osama bin Laden was the 9/11 mastermind. Then, after they murdered bin Laden in his home in Pakistan in 2011, they decided that Khalid Shaikh Mohammed was the real mastermind and they would try him in a military court and seek the death penalty. After all, he deliberately set in motion calculated events that resulted in the murders of nearly 3,000 Americans.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago when we learned that a plea agreement had been entered into by way of a signed contract between the retired general in the Pentagon who is supervising all Gitmo prosecutions, the Gitmo defendants and defense counsel, and the Gitmo military prosecutors. The agreement provides that in return for a guilty plea, Mohammed and others will serve life terms at Gitmo, rather than be exposed at trial to the death penalty or serving their sentences at America’s hellhole in Florence, Colorado. The guilty plea is to include public and detailed recitations of guilt.
So far, this is straightforward. While the trial judge may have given his nod of approval to the terms of the agreement, under the federal rules of criminal procedure, the agreement is not final until the judge hears the defendants actually admit guilt under oath in a public courtroom and then accepts the plea in a written order.
That admission has not yet taken place because Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who learned of the plea agreement while traveling, removed the authority of Gen. Susan Escallier, who is supervising the prosecution, to enter into plea agreements without his express approval.
Thereupon, defense counsel asked the judge in the case, Col. Matthew McCall, to enforce the agreement anyway since it is a signed contract, and schedule the plea hearing at which Mohammed and others will presumably comply with their obligations to spill the beans on this 23-year-old case.
The military prosecutors — who initiated the plea negotiations two years ago because they recognized that they cannot ethically defend the torture regime of President George W. Bush — complied with Pentagon orders and asked Judge McCall to reject the plea.
Last week, the judge denied the government’s request and rejected the Pentagon’s order and scheduled hearings at which Mohammed and the other defendants will presumably acknowledge their guilt under oath.
The judge’s ruling is essentially unassailable. He ruled that when Defense Secretary Austin rescinded the authority of Gen. Escallier — a retired military judge — to agree to guilty pleas, it was too little and too late. By the time Sec. Austin removed Gen. Escallier’s authority to approve guilty pleas in all Gitmo cases, she had already approved these pleas. Thus, she was fully possessed with the power to approve them at the time she signed the approvals.
The prosecution now confronts an ethical dilemma.
The plea negotiations were begun by the prosecutors. The current team of prosecutors is the second prosecutorial team. Full disclosure — I consulted with the first team of prosecutors on some of their civil liberties issues. The current team, after reviewing the work of its predecessors, concluded that the case was not winnable and posed a great risk to American jurisprudence and to American troops stationed abroad.
The risk to jurisprudence is the nearly impossible task of defending torture. Lawyers are prohibited from using evidence obtained under torture to prove a case, and judges are prohibited from permitting such evidence to be considered by juries. This is a basic principle of law that President Bush forgot about, ignored or never knew when he authorized torture back in 2001. Mohammed was tortured for three years at black sites in foreign countries and at Gitmo.
Judge McCall has not yet ruled on exactly what evidence will come before the jury — should there ever be a trial — as he is the fourth judge in the case. In order to make his rulings, Judge McCall will need to review more than 40,000 pages of documents and transcripts produced to his predecessors. President Bush also forgot, ignored or never knew that military judges — unlike federal district court judges — rotate off their assignments every four or five years.
If President Bush had not crafted the jurisprudential nightmare in Gitmo — with its torture regime and agonizingly slow military rubrics — Mohammed and the others would have been tried in federal court in New York City by now, and would have been acquitted and set free or convicted and executed or still serving life terms.
Instead we have the anomaly of prosecutors asking a military appeals court — once headed by the same Gen. Escallier — to reject a guilty plea that the same prosecutors sought and crafted so that they can now try a case that they have told their superiors and publicly revealed will be impossible to win and dangerous to try.
Why will it be dangerous to try Mohammed? Because when the world learns from a public court room what the U.S. government did to him in its torture chambers — all of it criminal, unconstitutional and constituting war crimes for the prosecution of which there is no statute of limitations and which are not pardonable — it will be startled; and many angered folks will seek revenge on unsuspecting U.S. troops abroad.
All Americans should care about this. The feds are subject to the Constitution and the rule of law. They cannot evade or avoid either for unpopular defendants or for political gain. If they could, then no one’s freedom is secure.

It is Election Eve across America. We are inundated with polling – what number should we focus on? Are there any last-minute trending benefitting either candidate?
Panelist:
Jennifer Kerns
Jennifer Kerns, Republican Strategist, Host of All-American Radio, has served as Spokeswoman for the California Republican Party, and as a winning GOP strategist for faith and family campaigns across America.
As a former TV producer for FOX News, she served as a writer/researcher for one of the “most-watched Presidential debates in American history.” She is the author of the book “The REAL War on Women” and is the only Press Secretary ever to beat Gavin Newsom at the ballot box.
Sample Questions:
- Jennifer, last night, during the Ingraham Angle, Brett Baier indicated that 74% of the country says we are on the wrong track. Why would those included in the 74% vote to stay with the Dem-Com’s? Shouldn’t those 74% be counted in the Trump column?
- Are Trump voters continuing to be under sampled?
- Who are those voters who will show up tomorrow at the polls?
- Who are low-propensity voters?
- We see two campaigns, two decidedly different approaches to the final days: Trump showing himself to be a candidate of the working class. Kamala, loading up with big name (albeit washed up) celebrities. Which approach is going to matter in the long-run?
- Jennifer, what was your response to Kathy Hochul calling Republican voters un-American? Does it have any impact on the election in NY down-ballot in the final 24+hours?
- Jennifer, Fox is leaning Blue for MI and WI. With the recent news from Germany that China dumping their cars on the German market is causing VM factories to close, does this wakeup undecided voters in Michigan?
