9:00 · Remember the Alamo: Don't Sharia My Texas: Chris Burgard on Sharia and Texas
Filmmaker Chris Burgard joins Jake to discuss his documentary Remember the Alamo: Don't Sharia My Texas, which connects the 1836 stand at the Alamo with what the film presents as the incremental advance of Sharia law in Texas today. The film features retired generals, combat veterans, investigative journalists, counterterrorism experts, and pastors.
- Are most Americans overlooking the growing Islamic presence in the country and what it means for the nation?
- Muslims have lived in America for generations. What has changed that Burgard sees as a threat to our way of life and our system of laws?
- Is this mass migration, or the carefully planned start of a jihad against America?
- Voices in Europe and the UK have warned America for at least 30 years not to repeat their experience. Were those warnings ignored?
- After 9/11, many expected limits on mass migration from the Middle East. Burgard argues the opposite has happened.
- Islamists, as distinct from Muslims broadly, gaining ground: churches converted to mosques, amplified public calls to prayer, and candidates now winning real power in Washington.

- Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Fox News Digital the risk of a new Russian offensive against other European countries is "very high," as Moscow works to fracture European unity and weaken support for Ukraine.

- For every action there is a reaction. How will Russia and China, both with long running Arctic ambitions, respond?
- Dr. Robbins' reaction to President Trump's address to the UN General Assembly on Tuesday. Was it the most forceful speech from that podium since Khrushchev?

10:30 · How Hamas Shapes What You See from Gaza, and Macron's Translation Problem
A celebrated Gaza photojournalist says he filmed Israeli hostages being beaten by a crowd on Oct. 7 and never published it. Rabbi Michael Barclay, host of The Rabbi's Table: Dialogue Not Debate, on what that says about the coverage the world has relied on.
- UNRWA, the UN agency created in 1949 to provide relief, education, health care, and social services to registered Palestinian refugees, has seen its U.S. fundraising arm, UNRWA USA, publicly pay tribute to photographer Motaz Azaiza's storytelling.
- Azaiza, a Time100 honoree and Nobel Peace Prize nominee who has met with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, told the Taqarrab podcast he filmed Israeli hostages being beaten by a Palestinian crowd on Oct. 7, 2023, when Hamas paraded captives through Gaza. "But I did not publish those videos," he said.
- He also described a WhatsApp group of Gaza journalists overseen by a Hamas media official, which he said was used to target reporters who published criticism of Hamas.
- Azaiza has since disputed how his remarks were characterized, saying the group was a channel for Hamas government updates and denying that Hamas directed journalists' work.
- For years, Western audiences received Gaza coverage produced inside red lines set by Hamas, and claims out of the enclave were often repeated without scrutiny, fueling campus protests.
- Since its violent takeover of Gaza in 2007, Hamas has worked to control the story that reaches the outside world and to legitimize violence against Israel as "resistance."
- Macron's translation problem: A French diplomatic source told The Jerusalem Post that Emmanuel Macron's remarks on Hamas and the West Bank at the UN General Assembly were mistranslated. The English rendering had Hamas "never particularly active" there; the source said the French meant Hamas "has never governed the West Bank." The clarification followed criticism from several Israeli officials.
- Lost in translation, or playing to France's large Muslim population back home?

11:00 · The Obamacare Fraud Purge and Medicaid Drug Pricing
The administration canceled hundreds of thousands of Affordable Care Act enrollments last month, and every state has now applied to a new Medicaid model that ties drug prices to what other countries pay. Dr. Jason Sorens on whether taxpayers come out ahead.
- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services says it canceled roughly 315,000 ACA marketplace enrollments covering about 760,000 people last month, citing fraud and improper enrollments.
- Roughly 419,000 more people are being checked to confirm they are legal U.S. residents who meet the income requirements for ACA benefits.
- Vice President JD Vance's White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud led the cancellations and estimates about $2.2 billion in savings on taxpayer funded subsidies.
- Are fraud investigations into government funded health care making a difference for taxpayers?
- All 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico have applied to join the CMS GENEROUS model, which brings most favored nation pricing on certain prescription drugs to Medicaid. Forty states and Puerto Rico have already signed agreements. CMS estimates $64.3 billion in taxpayer savings over ten years.
- Participating manufacturers make covered outpatient drugs available at most favored nation prices. States invoice manufacturers for supplemental rebates, CMS monitors pricing accuracy, and CMS shares in the rebates through a reduced federal share of Medicaid payments.
- CMS Innovation Center Director Abe Sutton called the model a significant milestone that frees state money for education, infrastructure, and other priorities. Remaining states have until Sept. 30, 2026, to sign. The model launched in January 2026 and runs for five years.

11:30 · The Education Freedom Report Card: Which States Lead and Which Trail
Is communism finding roots in our education system? Heritage's latest Education Freedom Report Card shows which states are expanding choice and which are falling behind. Jonathan Butcher on where school choice stands.
- Heritage's Education Freedom Report Card grades states on active education choice programs, academic transparency, teacher freedom, return on education spending, and civics education.
- Florida placed first overall, followed by Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, and Iowa.
- Louisiana, sixth overall, topped the civics category, in part by requiring a full year civics course and a civics or citizenship test to graduate.
- Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, and Rhode Island rounded out the bottom, with Maine in last place again.
- As the administration winds down the U.S. Department of Education, states like Florida and Iowa are reclaiming education responsibilities, as the Founders intended, and giving families more choice.

- A renewed focus on civics and rich content across math, reading, science, and other core subjects.
- How is America doing on school choice, and what roadblocks remain?
